All returns must be postmarked within seven (7)
days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Returns need prior authorization regarding if it will be acceptable to return. The only way a hair system will qualify for a return is if the merchandise was wrong by company error . A return for a hair system if used ?doesn't qualify for a return.not for buyer remorse
